The Boutique Hotel at MidCity will include 120 rooms and suites, iconic architecture, dining, retail, a rooftop bar and pool situated in the MidCity District. The development will include a smaller 12-14 large suite hotel designed for artists visiting MidCity's Orion Ampitheater. This building will be anchored with a recording studio, listening room, and cafe operated and branded by world-renown FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals. This $65 million boutique hotel is located at the epicenter of MidCity at the Point adjacent to Sanderson Yards.
