Anthem House

Anthem House is an $105 million urban, mixed-use, micro-unit development situated within the MidCity District. The Project will consist of 330 apartment units, 35,360 square feet of creative office space, and 31,930 square feet of curated street-level retail that complements the surrounding tenant roster and serves as an amenity for residents and employees alike. Within the Huntsville multifamily market, Anthem House will deliver highly efficient layouts in a luxuriously building and neighborhood. The Project also fills a gap in the office submarket for tenants which require smaller spaces than the large, single-user office buildings customary in the Cummings Research Park.
