CityCentre is a $300 million, urban mixed-use development, on the edge of Big Spring Park and, at the cultural center of downtown Huntsville, Alabama. CityCentre includes Alabama’s first AC Hotel by Marriott, a Moxy Hotel by Marriot, Eclipse -- a 278-unit mixed-use residential community, Bartley Lofts – a 282-unit mixed-use residential community and the Bartley Social -- Huntsville’s first artisan food and social venue. At completion, the development will include the 240 hotel rooms, 560 residential lofts, 50,000 square feet of retail, café’s and restaurants.
