In 2014, RCP assembled both sides of a primary commercial intersection at U.S. Highway 231, in Huntsville, Alabama and procured $11 million in direct investment from the City of Huntsville for construction of the $60 million retail development. Merchants Walk includes the only Whole Foods in the market, Ulta Beauty, Chuy’s, Lululemon, Mountain High and many others. The project spurred in excess of $150 million of additional development along the U.S. Highway 231 corridor.
