Metronome is an $100 million urban, mixed-use, residential project situated within the MidCity District. The Project will consist of 296 apartment units, 33,000 square feet of curated street-level retail that complements the surrounding tenant roster and serves as an amenity for residents and employees alike. Located at the center of business for North Alabama at the north boundary of Cummings Research Park, the second-largest research park in the U.S., MidCity is positioned to provide a walkable, urban, mixed-use district for residents, guests, and workforce in the Region.
